Cheese prices rise again


Philadelphia, PA–For the third consecutive week, cheese prices rose at the CME. Blocks finished the week up 2.50 cents and barrels, up 5.25. Our sources also say fresh blocks and barrels were harder to find this week, but older cheese (more than 30 days) is still very available. At the CME, only cheese that is between 4 days of age and 30 days of age is available for trade.
