Chinese methionine sellers lift price quotes to cover costs
Prices of methionine increased further during the week ending September 30.
Sellers lifted the price quotes of imported methionine products to cover the rising costs due to a weak renminbi.
For liquid methionine, price quotes stayed at RMB15/kg.
Methionine market will be quiet during the long break in the first week of October.
