Thailand prices for smaller shrimp slump as foreign demand for larger sizes returns (week ended September 18, 2014)
Demand for larger shrimp has returned in key markets around the world, causing prices for the smaller ones to slump. In Thailand, prices for the small-sized shrimp have dropped by THB10/kg to as much as THB25/kg.
