Sanovo enters into strategic collaboration with Kletec BV

Sanovo Technology Group recently entered into an agreement with Kletec for a strategic collaboration and investment in Kletec BV, a global supplier of automatic stacking and palletising solutions to the egg industry.

Kletec BV will continue to operate independently. The company's managing director and founder, Wim Kleijer, will keep the majority shareholding and continue in this current role.

The first Kletec solution was developed in 2009 with a goal to ease workload in the egg industry. Since then, Kletec Stackers and Palletizers have been installed in poultry farms and hatcheries all over the world.

"We are proud of this strategic collaboration and investment, which will allow us to offer new innovative and intelligent automation solutions to our customers all over the world," Michael Midskov, chief executive officer of Sanovo, said.

"We are very pleased with this intensified cooperation, which will make us capable to focus even more on introducing innovative products to the poultry industry in the coming years. Furthermore, we look forward to capitalise on Sanovo's strong international sales network," Kleijer said.
