Pakistan Allows Import Of 1 Million Tons Of Wheat
 

The government, through Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP), has allowed the import of one million tons of wheat from Australia, Russia and the USA.

Minister for Food and Agriculture, Sikandar Hayat Khan Bosan told the Senate on Friday that the TCP has awarded contracts to Australian Wheat Board, Australia, Agro Trade and Finance, SA, Switzerland, Cargill International, Switzerland, Luis Dryfus, USA and Strcom Resources (Pvt) Ltd, Singapore.
