 Originally from Ribeirão Preto, Brazil, Arthur holds a degree in Production Engineering from FEI in São Bernardo do Campo. He brings extensive experience in feed production and process engineering, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. Arthur's background includes R&D, technical leadership, and operational excellence across aquaculture, pet food, and livestock sectors in global markets. He has previously worked for Skretting and Trouw Nutrition. 

Arthur will be responsible for supporting Borregaard's technical applications globally, helping customers optimise performance and value through tailored feed solutions. He is based in Sarpsborg, Norway, and reports to Tom Stylo, Global Business Director Feed.
