USDA Says 115,000 MT Of Soybeans Sold To China In 2004-05


The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced Tuesday private export sales of 115,000 metric tons of U.S. soybeans for delivery to China in the 2004-05 marketing year.
 
The soybean marketing year began Sept. 1.
 
U.S. exporters are required to report to the USDA sales of 100,000 tons or more of soybeans made in the same day to the same destination by 1500 ET (1900 GMT) the next business day, according to the USDA's Foreign Agriculture Service. Any export sales under 100,000 tons must be reported on a weekly basis.
