China VB1: Prices dip 15% on-year (week ended Sep 12, 2022)

Vitamin B1 producers continued to negotiate prices in efforts to close deals. Prices have dropped 15% compared with a year ago.
In the local market, transaction prices of vitamin B1 were stable to lower in the range of RMB119-138/kg.
Export prices slid to US$17.50/kg.
Unless producers cut output, prices of vitamin B1 are expected to move lower.
