Australia accredits more wheat exporters

Wheat Exports Australia (WEA) has accredited 10 more exporters, meaning they can export Australian wheat for a further three years.

WEA chief executive Peter Woods said the three-year term enables longer supply arrangements to be established with customers.

The re-accredited exporters include AWB, Bunge Agribusiness, Marubeni, Concordia Agritrading, Queensland Cotton, Riverina (Australia), Louis Dreyfus, Sumitomo and OzEpulse.

Wheat Exports Australia was established on July 1, 2008, under the Wheat Export Marketing Act 2008 to regulate the export of bulk wheat from Australia.
