Argentina July Wheat Grind Up 2.5% From A Year Ago
Mills in Argentina processed 450,637 metric tons of wheat in July, which is up 2.5% from the 439,761 tons processed during the same month a year ago, the latest Agriculture Secretariat data show.
This is the first time the government has updated wheat grind data since April, and that data referred to statistics for the month of February.
Flour output totaled 297,626 tons in July, or 9.3% less than the 327,989 tons produced a year earlier.
Meanwhile, pollard pellet totaled 98,791 tons, or 8.8% less than the 108,310 tons measured a year ago.
