Blocks are on the cusp of $2.00

Philadelphia, PA– Block cheese prices continued to rally this week but were unable to break $2.00/lb and finished the week just shy of that level at $1.9975/lb, still a nearly five-year high. Nov 2014 was the last time prices were near these levels.
