Zinpro adds dairy, swine sales representatives in Russia, CIS
Zinpro Corporation has recently appointed two species-specific sales representatives to serve markets in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Alexander Radionov, PhD, has joined as dairy account manager, and Maya Rumyantseva, has joined as swine account manager. Based in Moscow, Russia, both Radionov and Rumyantseva will provide customers with commercial and technical support for the company's animal nutrition products, hoof-health management programmes and species-specific business solutions.
Dr. Radionov brings to the position more than 20 years of dairy experience, most recently as the ruminant technical director for a global food and agriculture company. He was also senior dairy technical specialist with an international animal nutrition company, veterinary consultant for an animal health and biotechnology company and chief veterinarian for a dairy farm.
Dr. Radionov earned a doctorate in veterinary medicine from the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fundamental and Applied Parasitology of Animals in Moscow.
With nearly 20 years of animal production and nutrition experience, Rumyantseva most recently served as swine technical director for a global food and agriculture company and previously as animal nutritionist and production manager for a swine and poultry integrator.
In those roles, she obtained extensive experience in setting up research trials, developing feeding programmes and implementing new technologies to improve production. She earned a degree in biochemistry from Rostov State University in Russia.
"Alexander and Maya are highly trained and experienced in animal production, as well as in the use of animal nutrition and technology to improve wellness and profitability," said Akmaliev, Zinpro's regional manager for Russia and CIS. "Our customers will greatly benefit from their expertise in efficient and successful animal production."
