Nabel Co. Ltd., an egg equipment system manufacturer in Japan, has launched egg grading and packing system - Canopus 12000/8000.

Nabel has begun selling Canopus series since August 2009. The system has the highest capacity of 120,000 eggs per hour and 80,000 eggs per hour in Japan.

The system is expected to help boost working efficiency and the expansion of egg grading factories. The system is also adaptable to the needs of large size poultry farms.

The Canopus series' greatest advantage is that it could make the pitch of each egg carrier to its smallest limit, enabling operators to handle the eggs more gently than existing machines while maintaining the high capacity.
