Korea Feed Association buys 53,000 tonnes corn from Noble
Korea Feed Association has bought 53,000 tonnes of optional origin corn from Noble at US$270.25/tonne, basis cost and freight, scheduled for arrival by December 20, trading executives said Thursday (Sept 2).
In another deal, South Korean feed milling company Nonghyup Inc. purchased 55,000 tonnes of optional origin corn from Cargill on a c&f basis at US$2.45 a bushel over the December contract on the CBOT.
CBOT December corn futures ended US$0.07 1/2, or 1.7%, higher Wednesday (Sept 1) at US$4.46 3/4.
