Vietnam's shrimp exports get help from European Commission
According to reports, the European Commission has invested EUR24,000 to help Vietnam's southern Bac Lieu province in raising the quality of shrimp exports bound for Europe.
Techniques in shrimp breeding and processing for export would be researched during the one-year project there, in addition to removing difficulties faced by breeders and other related issues.
Local breeders were expected to gain knowledge of the environment, product quality and safety, based on research results.
