China's Agriculture Minister Says Soy Trade Progress Possible

Chinese agricultural minister Du Qinglin said during a visit to the Chicago Board of Trade on Thursday that currently there are no limits on soybean imports to China and that he hopes for progress in trade negotiations with the U.S. and with U.S. soybean exporters.
