Ukraine to continue beef exports to Russia
Ukraine will not restrict beef export to Russia, according to first deputy agrarian minister Yuriy Luzan.
Luzan said they will initiate no resolutions on the issue. Ukraine is not allowed to do so as it is a WTO member.
Luzan added that they would be creating conditions for beef imports to Ukraine.
Just sometime ago, Ukraine's National Association of Meat and Meat Product Producers has asked the government to suspend beef exports to Russia on a temporary basis due to a supply shortage in the domestic market.
