China Corn Weekly: Increased availability holds down prices (week ended Aug 21, 2020)
Releases of state auctioned corn gained momentum, easing the supply crunch in the market. This helped to hold down prices in several regions, which limited the overall price increase. Fearing that prices might move lower, traders were more eager to release inventories.
