GEAPS draws 1,406 attendees to in-person conference in Ohio, US
The Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS) hosted 1,406 attendees at GEAPS Exchange 2021 in Columbus, Ohio, the United States, earlier this month.
The annual technical conference and exposition is a forum to see the newest technology and equipment in the grain industry and learn about the latest trends and best practices.
"As everyone has experienced over the last two years, the pandemic has really changed how we operate. The grain industry is people- and relationship-driven," GEAPS' executive director, Steve Records, said. "It was great to once again provide a forum for people to get to meet, get to know each other, connect, share stories and build relationships that will last decades."
Safety was an overall theme of the event, with many education sessions centered around how to work smarter and safer.
Exchange 2022 is scheduled for March 26-29 next year at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City Missouri.
