South Dakota, US winter wheat mostly harvested, USDA report reveals

 
 

 

Winter wheat in South Dakota, the United States, is mostly harvested and 75% of the spring wheat has been harvested, according to the USDA Crop Progress and Conditions report.


Spring wheat conditions are rated 38% fair.


In the US state, corn conditions are rated 56% good to excellent, with 43% of the crop in the 'dent' stage. Soybean conditions are rated 59% 'good to excellent' with 85% of the crop setting pods.


Sorghum conditions are rated 63% good to excellent with 57% of the crop coloring.
