China Whey Weekly: Lower import costs drags down prices (week ended Aug 14, 2017)
With demand slack due to low piglet feed sales, whey traders cut prices in attempts to entice buyers. As import costs have dropped substantially over the past two weeks, whey traders were able to sustain profits even after the recent price cuts.
