US exports 123,900 tonnes soymeal to Philippines in 2012-13

For delivery during the 2012-13 marketing year, export sales of 123,900 tonnes of soymeal to the Philippines have been reported by private exporters to the USDA.

The 2012-13 marketing year for soymeal begins October 1.

US exporters are required to report to the USDA any export sales activity of 100,000 tonnes or more of one commodity made in one day except 20,000 tonnes for soyoil, made in one day to one destination by three p.m. EDT (1900 GMT), according to the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service.

Any export sales under these quantities must be reported on a weekly basis.
