North Cyprus acquires 30,000 tonnes of feed barley in tender

A state agency in North Cyprus has purchased about 30,000 tonnes of animal feed barley in a tender which closed on August 12, said European traders on August 16.

The barley was bought in three consignments. One for a August 15-31 shipment was bought at $282.80 a tonne c&f, the second for a September 1-15 shipment at $298.50 a tonne c&f and the third for a September 15-30 shipment at $293.50 a tonne c&f, said traders.
