Quiet market holds China lysine prices flat
Lysine prices were flat during the week ending August 14.
Lysine market was quiet as buyers withheld buying amid slow hog feed consumption. Moreover, soymeal remained cheap, curtailing the usages of lysine. However, limited output during summer helped producers to hold up the prices of lysine.
Average price stayed unchanged at RMB8.63/kg.
