Another UK livestock farm tested for FMD
Livestock on another farm are being tested for foot-and-mouth disease, the British Broadcasting Corporation reported Tuesday (August 14).
The BBC quoted UK Chief Veterinary Officer Debby Reynolds as saying an exclusion zone had been set up around a farm in the county of Kent in southern England while tests were conducted.
Kent is adjacent to Surrey, the county where the disease was found on two properties last month.
