USDA releases August crop production, supply and demand
The following table is provided in conjunction with the US Department of Agriculture's August world crop production and US supply and demand reports.
US estimates are in billions of bushels except soyoil, which is in billions of pounds. Soymeal is in short tonnes. Cotton is in millions of 480- pound bales. Rice is in million hundredweight. World crop forecasts are in million metric tonnes.
