CP And LingHua Group Embarks On New Lysine HCL JV Project In Shandong Province

CP Group and Shandong's Linghua Group will invest RMB 1 billion in a joint venture that will produce 100,000 tons of lysine per annum.

The joint-venture signing ceremony was held recently in Jining, Shandong province.

Since last October, both partners have been conducting many fact-finding visits and exchanges. They concluded that prospects for this lysine project are very good. As the Jining area in Shandong province is endowed with favorable natural resources and environment, the joint-venture partners decided to locate the new plant there.

CP will also contribute its expertise in the production technology while Linghua Group will provide the cleansing technology to treat the highly concentrated organic waste water resulting from the production process.

 
The Linghua Group is one of the 520 industrial corporations strongly endorsed by China's State Department. It is also among the first batch of 151 industrial companies in the agricultural sector recognized as market leaders by the Chinese authorities.
