Zinpro Corporation appoints its newest dairy nutritionist
 

Zinpro Corporation announces its latest addition, Huw McConochie, PhD. as a dairy nutritionist focusing on the Europe, Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA), and Russia regions.

In his capacity, Dr. McConochie will provide customers with technical and practical dairy support, demonstrating and explaining the nutritional science behind Zinpro Performance Minerals.

He is also part of the Zinpro Research and Nutritional Services (RNS) dairy team, where he participates in the direction and coordination of the company's dairy research development activities.

Previously, Dr. McConochie was the head of dairy technical services for an agricultural products manufacturer. His dairy industry experience encompasses being a senior dairy specialist, dairy farm manager, dairy herd manager and research technician.

He completed his PhD in lactation physiology and his bachelor's degree in animal science, with a focus on dairy cow nutrition from Aberystwyth University in Wales, where he will be based at.

Dr. Arturo Gomez, RNS global species team leader, dairy, Zinpro Corporation, said, "We are extremely pleased to have Dr. McConochie join our research and nutrition dairy team."
