Adisseo's Advancia seminar in Bangkok, Thailand, drew over 80 participants
Adisseo Thailand successfully hosted its Advancia seminar titled, "Secure Your Performance: Resilience and Thriving through Challenges" at Park Hyatt Bangkok in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event drew over 80 participants from the animal nutrition and feed technology industry. It featured a series of insightful presentations by leading experts, followed by a panel discussion and a celebratory dinner.
The seminar focused on critical performance indicators such as animal health, nutrient efficiency, and sustainability. Experts discussed holistic approaches and risk management strategies, emphasising the importance of agility, technological innovations, and low protein feed nutrition.
Prof. Sonia Liu & Dr. Theerawit Poeikhampha highlighted the benefits of a low protein diet during a presentation focused on reducing dietary crude protein while supplementing with synthetic amino acids which can lower nitrogen excretion, enhance gut health, and improve feed efficiency in poultry and swine. This approach not only optimises animal performance but also focuses on environmental sustainability as a competitive advantage.
Dr. Wanchai Rattanawong addressed the vulnerabilities in supply chains exposed by global events like the COVID-19 pandemic. "To build resilience, we need agility, holistic management, and advanced technology. In agriculture, enhancing biosecurity through digital systems is crucial for efficiency and risk reduction," he remarked.
Adisseo Advancia provides a platform where industry experts share the latest scientific advancements on practical challenges in animal protein production.
Advanica events aim to help professionals advance and thrive in a dynamic global market, Adisseo said.
