China establishes meat, poultry standardisation technical committee
The Standardisation Administration of China has recently approved the setting up of the China Meat, Poultry and Egg Product Standardisation Technical Committee, according to the China Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday (July 30, 2008).
The Committee will be mainly in charge of the formulation of the national standards for meat, poultry and egg products, as well as the revision of standards for qualification and inspection.
