India soy futures reach fresh lows on good sowing
Indian soy futures touched new lows on Thursday (July 29) on weak spot demand following large-scale oilseeds sowing in July, analysts said.
Oilseed sowing picked up in early July following good rains in most of the growing states, analysts said.
August soy contract NSBQ9 on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange was down 0.63 percent at 2,125 rupees per 100 kg. The contract touched a low of 2,122 rupees in early trade.
