Zhengchang completes chicken manure pelleting project in Japan

Zhengchang announced recently that it has successfully completed a chicken manure pelleting project for feed and fertiliser suppliers in Sendai, Japan.

The project was completed in May 2020 and is now fully operational.

According to Zhengchang, chicken manure is a relatively high-quality organic fertiliser, which contains about 1.63%, 1.54%, and 0.85% of pure nitrogen, phosphorus (P2O5), and potassium (K2O).

The pelleting process of chicken manure includes feeding, drying, dust removal and deodorisation, pelleting and packing.

Pelleting is the core key to organic fertiliser processing, Zhengchang said.
