Comparing the predictive performances for genomic breeding value estimation, BayesA, BayesB, BayesCÏ€ and TABLUP performed similarly and satisfactorily and remarkably outperformed GBLUP for genomic breeding value estimation in the common dataset provided by the 15th QTL-MAS Workshop.
