Poland now permitted to export poultry meat to Cuba

Poland's Chief Veterinary Inspector had received on July 12 information from authorities in Cuba on the lifting of a ban on the export of poultry meat.

As of July 6, exports of poultry meat will now be accepted from the entire country.

Cuban authorities lifted the ban as Poland fulfilled all World Organisation for Animal Health guidelines to remove the risk of spreading highly pathogenic avian influenza.
