China June soy imports at 4.71 million tonnes, up 31 percent on-year
China's soy imports in June rose 31 percent to 4.71 million tonnes, the General Administration of Customs said Wednesday (July 21).
In the January-June period, soy imports rose 28 percent to 22.09 million tonnes.
China is the world's biggest importer of soy and gets most of its supplies from the US, Brazil and Argentina, the world's leading soy producers.
