Taiwan MFIG To Seek 56,000 MT US Corn In Wed Tender
 
Taiwan's Members Feed Industry Group is going to seek up to 56,000 metric tons of U.S. corn in a buy tender to be held at 0700 GMT Wednesday, said a Taipei-based trader who received the tender notice.
 
MFIG will buy one cargo of corn to be shipped either from the U.S. Gulf between Sept. 1-15, or from the Pacific Northwest during Sept. 16-30, the trader said.
 
Suppliers can choose to provide 5% more or less of the tendered quantity.
