South Korea's NOFI seeks to acquire up to 60,000 tonnes of soymeal

Leading South Korean animal feed maker Nonghyup Feed Inc. (NOFI) has issued an international tender to purchase up to 60,000 tonnes of soymeal, European traders said on July 18.

The deadline for submission of price offers in the tender is also the same day, they said. The soymeal was sought in one consignment of 50,000-60,000 tonnes for arrival in South Korea around November 20.

Shipment was sought between September 23 and October 12 if sourced from South America; between November 1 and November 20 if from China; between October 15 and November 3 if from the US Pacific Northwest coast; or between September 28 and October 17 if from the US Gulf, they said.
