New Zealand Top Beef Supplier For Taiwan

New Zealand replaced Australia as Taiwan's top supplier of beef from January to April in the continued absence of competition from the United States, according to Meat and Livestock Australia.

New Zealand's exports of 12,073 tonnes of chilled and frozen beef accounted for 52 per cent of Taiwan's market in the first four months of the year compared with Australia's 10,186 tonnes, or 44 per cent.
