The listed poultry producer grew revenues to P12.35 billion and lifted cash holdings to P841.9 million as the company pursues long-term agribusiness expansion.

Philippine listed poultry producer Vitarich Corp. reported a 34% increase in net income to P290.4 million (approximately US$5 million) for full-year 2025, with consolidated revenues reaching P12.35 billion (approximately US$214 million) and cash and cash equivalents climbing to P841.9 million.

Total equity expanded to P2.51 billion over the period. President and Chief Executive Officer Ricardo Manuel Sarmiento described 2025 as a turning point for the company, marked by stronger profitability, disciplined execution and a clearer long-term direction.

"The past year was more than just another year of operations. It was an opportunity for us to reassess where the company is headed and ensure that our decisions today will allow us to create long-term value," Sarmiento said at the company's annual stockholders' meeting on 26 June.

Sarmiento said Vitarich intended to deepen its role in the Philippine agricultural sector by supporting farmers and entrepreneurs and improving the food supply chain. Sustainability has also become a greater consideration across day-to-day operations, from raw material sourcing to governance and risk management.

At the annual meeting, shareholders approved an expansion of Vitarich's board from nine to ten directors, with Isabella Victoria Sarmiento elected as a new board member.
