Two cheese records in one week
Philadelphia, PA - Block cheese prices set another record this week reaching $2.9150/lb on Fri. While blocks gained, barrel cheese prices fell. This caused a second record: the highest spread between blocks and barrels ever recorded: $0.5750/lb on Fri.
