Bullish views in the USA; lower prices in other markets


Philadelphia, PA– On Monday, block Cheddar cheese prices hit the highest level in more than two and a half years: $1.8650/lb before retreating throughout the rest of the holiday-shortened trading week and settling today at $1.8475/lb.
