Victam Asia 2008, Feed Ingredients & Additives Asia-Pacific 2008 gather momentum

Since the launch of these two concurrent events at Victam International 2007 in May, their respective 2008 editions have seen strong interest from exhibitors.

In just over five weeks, 40 major international companies have confirmed their participation at the shows, with more than 1,100 square metres or half the currently available exhibition space already reserved by these companies.

128 exhibitors participated in Victam last year, occupying a total area of 2,000 square metres. Current exhibitors have increased the area of their stands in order to show more product or equipment lines, and also to provide larger customer liaison areas. This indicates the importance of the Asia-Pacific market to the exhibitors.

Several conferences will support both exhibitions, with the agenda including:

• Animal feed processing and additives

• Aquafeed processing and additives

• Petfood processing and additives

• A separate conference organised by the Thai Department of Livestock in conjunction with the Thai Feed Mill Association

There will also be a sponsored internet cafe open to all visitors free of charge at the shows.

Victam Asia 2008 and Feed Ingredients & Additives Asia-Pacific 2008 are scheduled for Mar 5-7, 2008, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok, Thailand.
