France's pig farmers produced 0.7% more pigs in first four months of 2024

In the first four months of 2024, pig farmers in France produced 6.2 million pigs, up 0.7% compared to the first four months of 2023.

Over the first two months of the year, German pig production rose by 4.9% and Spanish production by 4.2%.

Denmark, on the other hand, saw its pig production fall by 6.9% over the first two months of 2024.
