Miratorg to build third feed plant in Belgorod, Russia by 2013

The third feed producing plant in the Belgorod Region which would allow the company to boosts its annual feed output by 62% or 1.1 million tonnes by 2013, will be launched by Russia's Miratorg, the company said on Monday (July 2), RIA Novosti reported.

Current capacity of Miratorg's two feed producing plants stands at 680,000 tonnes.

The start and adjustment of the third plant's equipment is scheduled for August.

Investments in the construction were not provided.

Miratorg is Russia's leading pork and feed producing firm, operating 23 pork complexes.
