First time fresh eggs from China's Liaoning delivered to Hong Kong
Chinese poultry company Hanwei, based in Dalian, Liaoning province, has delivered 855 boxes containing more than 200,000 eggs to a Hong Kong supermarket chain.
This is the first time that eggs from Liaoning province has been exported to Hong Kong. They have passed the stringent import standards applied by Hong Kong's authorities on fresh poultry products from the Mainland.
These eggs will be sold in the outlets of Park'N Shop, which is one of the biggest supermarket chains in Hong Kong and Macau.
