Cheese market searches for direction
Philadelphia, PA - Block cheese was the most exciting commodity this week. Spot cheese prices made consecutive highs to start with week: $2.7025/lb on Mon and $2.81/lb on Tue. Then on Wed, the CME market value gave up all of the gains and then some. Everyone asked us: "Is the market peak now in the rear-view mirror?"
