Tight availability, higher demand lift China lysine prices

Lysine prices remained stable during the week ending June 19.

Feed millers who held inventories low eagerly placed orders while prices of lysine were attractive. Export demand improved as well amid a weaker renminbi.

Price quotes of 70-percent lysine were at RMB4.70-5/kg.
