Norel appoints new product manager
Nutritional additives producer, Norel, has appointed Alvaro Ortiz as product manager for the company's probiotics, specialties and aqua lines, and will serve in its technical department.
In addition, Oritz will also serve as technical consultant for monogastrics.
Before joining Norel, Oritz was previously with Nutreco's Poultry and Rabbit Research Centre (PRRC), from 2005 to 2006. During the last six years, he worked in aquaculture feed company, Skretting Spain, with responsibilities over nutrition and formulation.
Oritz is a graduate of agricultural engineering in the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, and specialised in animal production. He has completed a Master's thesis on the design of a dairy cow's farm.
