Current COO of ForFarmers to depart in January 2022

Adrie van der Ven, chief operating officer of ForFarmers, will leave the feed company on January 1, 2022.

He will remain COO and member of ForFarmer's executive board until October 1, 2021, and will subsequently stay on as advisor until the end of 2021. This will allow a smooth transition of his tasks and responsibilities in the coming period, ForFarmers said.

"Adrie joined the executive board in 2019. He has made a significant contribution to the realisation of the strategy "Build to Grow 2025", for which I am grateful to him," said Yoram Knoop, chief executive officer of ForFarmers. "In addition, the important step to (growth market) Poland was made under his leadership."

ForFarmer's executive board, in consultation with its supervisory board, will announce how the succession of van der Ven will be dealt on a later date.
