Dairy market sentiment turns sour

Batavia, NY – USA dairy market sentiment has become more subdued over the last several weeks. Of late, most of the stories we hear have a downtrodden tone: labor shortages limiting manufacturing capacity, milk supplies being burdensome, and accumulating inventory.
